Presentation of Tuvalu's survival measures at cop23

On November 14, 2017, Shuuichi Endou who is reder of NGO/NPO Tuvalu Overview made presentations on the Funafala eco island project with Hon. Enele Sopoaga, Prime Ministerof Tuvalu and Siliga Kofe, Funafuti island Chief.

This plan as a countermeasure against climate change which has already become apparent in the country was acclaimed from the venue.

Also, Mr. Kosi Latu highly appreciated this project as being a wonderful idea that nobody thought, Mr. Kosi Latu was a representative of SPREP (South Pacific Regional Environment Programme) that organized this side event.

The project goal is to create an artificial island 10 meters above sea level.
